Social Procurement Tenders: The Manpower Crisis in Social Services

The conference focused on the manpower crisis in outsourced social services in Israel. We discussed various angles in favor of improving the stability and quality of the workforce in privatized social services in particular,  and improving social services in general. The purpose of the conference was to serve as an opening meeting for a broad, ongoing, and joint dialogue between academia, policy makers, and actors on the ground, with the aim of promoting sustainable solutions to improve social services in Israel.
